BOOKING TERMS

Weekly Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of £75 non-refundable deposit.
Balance of remaining fee must be paid 28 days before arrival date.
(Any Bookings made within 28 days of arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking).

Apartment will normally be available from 2:00pm on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 12:00 noon on day of departure (unless otherwise agreed).
