1 Portinode is a new cottage style bungalow forming part of a small development of similar styled cottages, with gardens and parking beside the cottage. It is situated in a quiet rural setting overlooking Lower Lough Erne and Lusty Beg and Hare Islands. A berth for a small boat is available in our private marina by prior arrangement. The cottage is ideally situated to explore the rich combination of natural and historic sights and places of interest in Co. Fermanagh and Donegal such as the Belleek Pottery, Marble Arch Caves Global Geopark, Pre christian sites at Devenish, Boa and White Islands, National Trust Properties and Castles at Tully, Enniskillen, Monea and Donegal. For the more active there are Way Marked Walks, Cycle Routes, Watersports and Leisure Centres. Lough Erne is a delight to explore by land or by boat and provides a haven for many species of water birds. The trout rich waters also prove an enjoyable but formidable challenge for anglers.
