Upstairs there is a large kitchen/living room with patio doors leading onto a balcony and spectacular views overlooking Runkerry Beach. The kitchen is brand new with granite worktops and has an American fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is also an upstairs toilet and wash-hand basin.

At the front of the house there is off-street parking for 2 cars and at the back there is a private patio area. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac and is very safe for children.
