At the front of the house there is off-street parking for two cars and at the back there is a private patio area. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac and is quiet and safe.

The house itself is only five minutes walk to Bushfoot Golf Course and the Portballintrae beaches. There are lovely picturesque walks to the Giant's Causeway. Portrush Golf Club is a ten minute drive away. This really is an ideal location to explore the fabulous north coast and all that it has to offer.
