The house is conveniently situated in Portstewart for exploring the beautiful causeway coast and there are beautiful sea views from several of the rooms. It is only a two-minute walk to the Promenade, harbour, a large play park, and plenty of restaurants, cafes and individual shops.

The house has four bedrooms (three doubles, one twin), sleeping eight people, a family bathroom, separate shower room, and downstairs toilet. The brand new kitchen has new appliances including a full-size cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. It has oil-fired central heating. The lounge, which can seat eight people comfortably, has an original fireplace and bay window, TV, DVD and Freeview. The house has an enclosed rear patio area with a table and chairs.
