The fully tiled bathroom has electric shower & bath. There is an enclosed garden and patio at the back and a garden and off road parking for 3 cars at front. The bungalow neighbours a similar property which is also NITB certified and may be of interest for extended family holidays. Bungalow is a 5 minute walk to West Strand (a long sandy beach with a promenade leading to the Harbour) and 1 minute walk to railway halt where the train can be accessed for Potrush, university and Coleraine and then on to Londonderry or Belfast and Dublin. Portrush is a leisurely 15 minute walk along prommenade or a 5 minute drive and offers many cafes and restaurants, shops, amusements and activities for children as well as another beautiful beach on the east side of town. Portstewart, another beautiful seaside town with the sea along one side of the main street, is a 5 minute drive.
