39 Oakland Ave

39 Oakland Avenue is a refurbished three storey Victorian semi-detached house on a quiet street within easy reach of both the city centre of Belfast (1.5miles/5min car/30min on foot) and the County Down countryside. Both the Titanic Visitor Centre and the Waterfront Hall are approximately 25 min walk away and The Stormont Estate is 5-10min by car.

The house is located between the busy 'villages' of Belmont and Ballyhackamore (both 5min walk) which offer all necessary amenities from butchers, greengrocers, Marks and Spencer and food/wine shops to cafes and a wide choice of restaurants.

Internally, the accommodation is modern and spacious; besides the bedrooms, kitchen/dining and lounge, there is a children's play room adjacent to the dining area.

The house is no-smoking generally however, guests are welcome to smoke in the kitchen/dining area rather than being banished outdoors!

The property is not available for Hen/Stag type weekends or groups of young singles, but is ideally suited to families.

House-trained pets are welcome, but permitted strictly to the ground floor only.

Location / Directions

Oakland Avenue is a one way street just off the Upper Newtownards Rd, East Belfast. Driving south east from the city, follow the signs for Newtownards. After Holywood Arches (McDonalds on RHS), go straight on through another junction and afterwards take the 3rd left (Ebrington Gardens), at the end turn left and after 50m left again at T junction. No 39 is 100m along on LHS.

If you pass a fire station on LHS of main road, you have gone too far along the Upper Newtownards Rd. and need to turn back.
