45 Ballywillin Crescent is located off the Ballywillan Road in Portrush. It is close to the East Strand beach (10 mins walk) and within walking distance of the town (15 mins). There is also a petrol station which stocks general groceries within walking distance, together with a traditional chip shop and Chinese food take-away. Ten minutes drive brings you to the busy shopping town of Coleraine where you can find all the major supermarket chains (Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, Marks & Spencer Food), retail outlets and independent local stores.

The property is bright and spacious and will be an excellent base for your North Coast holiday.
It has a large lounge with television, dvd player and freeview satellite box; a modern fitted kitchen with dining area and utility room; three bedrooms (one ensuite), a family sized bathroom (with shower over bath) and an enclosed back garden.

The kitchen, dining area and utility room are bright and fully-equipped with lots of preparation surfaces, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, radio and toaster.

Outside is a fully enclosed rear garden with a lawn, stoned area and a patio with outdoor furniture. There is also a private parking space outside the rear gate.

The house has three bedrooms; two double rooms and a room with bunk beds. It sleeps six comfortably.
