A 50% deposit must be paid six weeks prior to the holiday and balance on arrival.
A refundable deposit of £100 will also be required on arrival to cover any damage to contents or the property.
Arrival time not before 4pm and departure time before 10:30am.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
