The property is in a central location for exploring the north coast, including the Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Bushmills Distillery, Ballycastle, L/Derry and Donegal as well as a 3 mins walk to the harbour with its sight seeing boats trips e.g. to Rathlin Island as well as for sea fishing.
Portstewart is known as a favourite holiday resort as well as a locals gathering area with numerous cafes and ice cream parlours including the famous Morelli's ice cream / coffee restaurant
Coleraine town is approx 3 miles away and is well known as a good shopping town.
No smoking permitted in the house, with full fire alarm installation installed.
Pets are generally not permitted.
Booking deposit / holding deposit of £150.00 refunded within 5 working days of departure based on house left generally as found. To date all such deposits due have been refunded in full.
