Ballintempo Aghanaglack

Walking Route
A moderate grade walk over isolated hills, woodlands and along the reedy shoreline of Lough Blocknet, the silence is only broken by the wind rustling in the trees and birds singing. Along the way are wild raspberries and magnificent views of Cuilcagh. Note how some of the forest paths have sunk below ground level and have been built up again with stones.
You may interrupt a herd of white and brown, horned feral goats sunbathing on a quiet pathway, they will indignantly get up and return to the seeminglysheer rocks when they catch sight of you.
Visit the Aghanaglack Dual Court Grave and walk back thousands of years in time. This grave is now a large stone monument, where over 4,000 years ago the Neolithic people would bury their dead.
