Benburb Valley encompasses many sites worth a visit including the Servite Priory and Benburb Centre, Milltown. A Victorian Conservatory, Arboretum and Pinetum are to be found in the grounds of the Servite Priory.

Benburb Castle (1616) overlooks the magnificent Salmon Leap and Limestone Gorge - favourite waters for canoeists. Milltown boasts the Benburb Valley Heritage Centre, a restored Victorian Linen Weaving Factory complete with steam engine and beetling shed. The village is probably most famous for the Battle of Benburb when Munroe’s Scottish army was defeated by the troops of Owen Roe O’Neill. The Priory Grounds host Benburb Sunday held every year.
