Bike Therapy Ireland is a family run business based in Portrush, Co. Antrim. We offer bike hire, guided tours and bike repair. We also accommodate mountain bike coaching for beginners and advanced riders.
Hire
The Causeway Coast is an ideal area to explore by bike from Magilligan in the west to Torr Head in the east. With so many classic sites of historical and natural interest to visit there is no problem filling days of cycling. There are routes to stimulate the mind as well as the body with the more gentle coastal routes linking the major visitor attractions or the more physically demanding routes taking in the hills and forest trails that abound in the area.

Equipment:
We offer a range of bikes to suit adults and children. Bikes are supplied with helmets and a repair kit including a pump, spare tube, puncture repair kit and multi-tool.
Delivery/Collection :
Bikes can be collected at our base, which is within five minutes walk from the bus and train station in Portrush. We also offer a delivery service to within a 5 mile/8km radius.

Tours
We provide guided tours linking the classic visitor sites with the less well known places and reveal hidden gems that most folk miss. With locations such as Binevenagh Mountain, Magilligan Point, Mussenden Temple, Dunluce Castle, the Old Bushmills Distillery, the Giant's Causeway, Ballintoy Harbour, Carrick-a Rede Rope Bridge, Fair Head, Murlough Bay and Torr Head all within a day’s cycle of our base in Portrush you will be spoilt for choice. The Glens of Antrim lie to the east, the Lower Bann Valley to the south, the Inishowen peninsula to the west (Magilligan Ferry) and Rathlin Island to the north (Ballycastle Ferry) for the more adventurous.
