Black's Farm

Located in Glenshesk on the slopes of Knocklayde and in the Glens of Antrim area of outstanding natural beauty, Black's Farm is part of a working organic farm. With great views of the Glen and Rathlin Island it is perfect for families and small groups, walkers, artists, cyclists and those with an interest in wildlife and the environment.

The house is located on the way-marked Moyle Way, a section of the Ulster Way. It is between Ballycastle Forest and Breen Oak Wood, both popular for shorter forest walks. National Cycle Route 93 runs nearby. Ballycastle has a blue-flag sandy beach, shops, restaurants and play and leisure facilities. Within 10 miles are Rathlin Island, the Giant's Causeway and cliff path, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge, the Glens of Antrim and the Antrim Coast Road, Murlough Bay and Torr Head, White Park Bay, Glenariff Forest Park, Bushmills Distillery and Dunluce Castle.

Black's Farm is a bungalow sleeping 6 or more, comprising one double en-suite bedroom and two twin bedrooms, sitting room, TV lounge, dining room, kitchen, family bathroom and a boot room for drying outdoor clothes. The house is suitable for limited mobility access. Farm tours and walks can be arranged and farm produce is available for breakfast and barbeques. Prices include heating and electricity and linens and towels are supplied. Private car parking, barbeque and garden furniture is provided.
