Our father made fudge all his life and used to sell it in the local Post Office. In 2005 his three daughters Jenny, Cathy and Dorothy decided to expand upon this business venture and after 18 months researching the market, we turned his hobby into a thriving and award winning artisan business.
Blackthorn Foods produce an award winning fudge using only natural ingredients. Each batch is hand beaten, hand cut and hand wrapped. The handmade range of fudges includes;
