May 2009 saw the opening of 19 new spacious deluxe bedrooms and suites which are luxurious, elegant and designed with your comfort in mind. All featuring walk-in wardrobes, large elegant bathrooms, seperate showers and many have feature baths. The restaurant, which has contrasting intimate 'snugs' with white washed walls and warm mellow brick with well aged timbers, welcomes visitors all day for an imaginative selection of dishes prepared with flair from best local produce. Dinner is from 6.00pm and can feature pan fried peppered fillet of beef, flamed in Bushmills whiskey, or our fabled sticky toffee pudding.
