Buttercrane Shopping Centre, Newry, is home to an exciting new weekly Farmers’ Market.

Over two dozen stalls of delicious farm-fresh foods and country fare will ply their wares in the carpark each Sunday, 1-6 pm. It’s a great way to make your shopping basket greener, cheaper and healthier. There’s lots of seasonal and organic options available, grown, reared or produced locally which helps support local farmers and the environment. Look out for fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables, local cheeses and meats, fresh and smoked fish, homemade cakes and ice cream, continental style deli/ bakery, paella, pasta, fresh coffee, olive oils, crepes, home-made jams, chocolates, aromatic curry sauces and much more. Fabulous food, bargains and banter are guaranteed as well as some good food advice from friendly local farmers and producers.
