C.S. Lewis Festival 2016

18 November - 22 November
Did you know that one of the world's most popular authors came from Belfast? Clive Staples Lewis was born in Belfast in 1898 and his time here influenced some of the most widely read books in the English language. So step through the wardrobe and celebrate his life and legacy with this family-friendly festival.

The CS Lewis Festival, taking place over five days, will recognise and celebrate both his life and his legacy to the world. Best known for his children's books, The Chronicles of Narnia, Lewis's career encapsulated academic writing, science fiction, poetry and theology.

The C.S. Lewis Festival will be bringing you talks, tours, film, theatre, music, workshops, craft fairs, exhibitions and much more in venues all over East Belfast.

So save the dates Friday 18 - Tuesday 22 November and make sure you join us for #CSLewisFest16.
