Cafe Vaudeville is a dramatic new addition to Belfast's burgeoning cityscape combining a luxurious cocktail and champagne bar with a French cafe and all day bistro lounge.
Vaudeville is an interpretation of "voix de ville" or "voice of the city" - a term adopted by the turn-of-the-Century Parisian music hall and made famous by the variety style theatre. In the tradition of the classic cafes of Paris, Cafe Vaudeville serves a variety of teas and coffees, with pastries and croissants available from early morning to late at night. Lunch is a mediterranean fare - from light fusion to gastro with an emphasis on fresh breads and local garden vegetables, local fish and seafood, Irish beef and seasonal vegetables dominate a classic menu with a delicate twist. Late afternoon sees live music and entertainment throughout the weekend, with the subtle sounds of jazz and swing reverberating through Vaudeville's cafe bar. Sample the delights at Ireland's only Boli bar - a dedicated champagen bar by invite only, for special guests. Whether for cocktails, wine or a brief stop at the bottle bar, Cafe Vaudeville offers tipples for every occasion.
