Carrick-a-Rede Cottage

Carrick-a-Rede cottage is located a short distance from Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and commands stunning views towards Rathlin Island and on to Islay and the Mull of Kintyre. It is less than a mile from the quaint village of Ballintoy where visitors can sample local food, as well as partake in the local craic in two village pubs. Visitors staying at the cottage have the opportunity to explore one of the most spectacular coastal routes in Ireland as well as other National Trust properties. Garden furniture to front of cottage. Welcome tray with tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk. Fresh vase of flowers. Open fire pre set for first night. Selection of books and games available. Take the B15 from Ballycastle towards Ballintoy (5 miles). Half a mile before Ballintoy turn right following the sign to Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Larrybane. About on ehundred yards on the right there is a driveway with a 'private' sign. Turn in here. The cottage is on the right past the double gates.
