Causeway Cheese Company

Situated in the village of Loughgiel near to the world famous Giants Causeway and the beautiful Glens of Antrim the Causeway Cheese Company is Northern Ireland's first traditional cheese maker of modern times. All of Causeway cheeses are hand made to individual recipes, ranging from a distinctive mature cheese to cheeses with a touch of Northern Ireland individuality, e.g. cheese with Dulse (a type of seaweed) harvested from the shores of Northern Ireland.

Come along and see Farmhouse Cheese made by hand, using traditional methods. Sample our ever expanding range of cheeses, and taste the difference.

Cheese making takes place 3 to 4 times per week between April and September.
