Cistercian Life at Inch Abbey

06 July - 27 July
Walk with our Cistercian Brother as he explains the simple piety of his day from Matins to Compline. Find out what a monk did as well as the time spent in prayer, from writing with and making his own quill pens from goose feathers, using his pen-knife, to making candles, his only source of light.

Why not enhance the experience and take the steam train from Downpatrick or join a 'Medieval Mystery Tour of Downpatrick' hosted by Down County Museum?
