City Resorts - Parkview Villa

Our 'Parkview Villa' townhouse is a big spacious accommodation with five bedrooms and plenty of bedroom space to spread out.

The accommodation has all conveniences including well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, good sized TV with SKY and DVD / CD player and good, fast broadband internet access (both wired and wi-fi available). There is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom, another main bathroom on the middle level and an extra lavatory at ground level. The rear bedrooms look out over the very lovely Musgrave Park and the middle rear bedroom has a large balcony overlooking the park also (There's a bit more info about the park lower down which may be of interest). The house also has a good-sized enclosed garden area with lawn and patio.

Parkview Villa is just half a mile from junction 1 of the M1 Motorway, and just five minutes walk to the King's Hall concert and exhibition venue and Balmoral Conference Centre, making it convenient for visitors from all parts of Ireland and further afield.

PS -'Parkview Villa' overlooks Musgrave Park with it's innovative therapy garden which has won the Green Flag Award in previous years. The park is named after Sir Henry Musgrave, who lived in nearby Drumglass House, and who donated the land to build the park in 1924.
