A new Bed & Breakfast located in Upper Ballinderry, just 5 miles outside Lisburn City. We have 1 appointed room at present, which is ensuite with shower and is located on the ground floor. It is a warm, welcoming room with tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with built in DVD player. An Ulster fry or a light continental breakfast is available to set you up for the day, with cereals, fruits, yoghurts etc. You can then do a bit of sight-seeing in the beautiful countryside, taking in the picturesque villages of Moira, Glenavy and Crumlin where great restaurants are plentiful or travel further afield as the M1 is only 5 minutes drive away.

Turn off the A26 onto the B104 signposted for Lower Ballinderry, pass Ballinderry Antiques on the right, Ballinderry Church on the right. We are on the left hand side just immediately past the 2 large speed limit signs and the entrance to Clontarriff Road.
