This cosy stone cottage, approx 150 years old, with its own secluded garden, is located just 2 miles from Randalstown and 4 miles from Antrim. Having just been refurbished it provides a comfortable base for exploration and and relaxation. Lough Neagh, the largest lake in the British Isles, is just 4 miles away and offers fishing, water sports and bird watching opportunities. It is the perfect location for a relaxing break or for exploring the beautiful scenery of County Antrim, coast and glens.

A comfortable sitting room with open fire and rocking chair leads to a large modern oak kitchen/family dining room, overlooking fields on one side and leading via patio doors to the garden on the other. Following on from the kitchen is a well equipped utility room and separate toilet.

The three bedrooms sleep six: in one king-size double, one double and one single bed with pull-out single (5ft7in).
Bathroom with electric shower over bath.
All floors are tiled, wooden or laminate.
Private off- road parking, partly enclosed garden with patio area.

LOCALITY
Located in the centre of NI on the shores of Lough Neagh, Antrim is only 4 miles from Belfast International Airport, 19 miles from Belfast (George Best City Airport and Belfast Harbour) and 21 miles from Larne Harbour. It is within easy access of all the main scenic and tourist attractions such as the Glens of Antrim, Giant’s Causeway and Bushmills Distillery. Lough Neagh with it’s exceptional variety of wildlife, plants and scenic beauty offers a tranquillity which must be experienced.

Steeped in folklore and set in beautiful countryside the area is an ideal holiday base for everyone. Well served with high quality shops and restaurants but if you wish to participate in something a little more active there is an abundance of golf, riding, cycling, walking, climbing and other recreational activity opportunities. The rivers Bann, Maine and Six Mile Water are popular with fishing and water sport enthusiasts.
