Convention Bureaux
For advice on Northern Ireland and what individual regions have to offer contact our local area Convention Bureaux (below) or Regional Tourism Partnerships.
Both bureaux compete against key destinations across the world to attract the larger scale association conferences to Northern Ireland venues. Examples of typical associations who have shown an interest in Northern Ireland include the British Medical Association, British Dental Association and Rotary UK & Ireland.
The bureaux will provide assistance with the selection of an appropriate conference venue, suggestions for the conference social programme, preparation of bid documents, free literature for delegates' packs, information on access into and within the city, etc.
