This apartment is ideally located for guests who want a central location but do not wish to be right in the heart of the city. Situated in a relatively modern building in a quiet locality, the apartment looks down on a small park which, however, is not open to guests. There is free car parking outside the building and around the sides of Crawford Square. A small grocery shop, the Academy Stores, about three minutes' walk from the apartment, provides essential foodstuffs and other provisions, seven days a week. Two large supermarkets, Tesco and Sainsburys, and a multiplex cinema, are withing reasonable walking distance. There is free WiFi access for guests. As the apartment is located on the second floor (third floor for US visitors), and there is no lift/elevator, access could be a problem for guests with mobility problems. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters. The apartment contains a large en suite double bedroom, and a twin bedroom (2 single beds), with its own separate bathroom (bathtub, shower, WC and wash basin). There is also a spacious living room and a kitchen/dining room. This property provides an ideal base for visitors with their own transport who wish to explore the North-West coast of Ireland (Donegal, Inishowen, Giant's Causeway, North Antrim coast, Bushmills Distillery, the Sperrins Mountains), as well as Fermanagh's Lakeland.
