This magnificent Victorian house combines the character and charm of period features with comfortable and spacious accommodation for a large group.

It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) one of the ensuite bedrooms is on the ground floor, suitable for limited mobility access, house sleeps 12. There are 3 sitting rooms with plenty of seating and an open fire, ideal to cater for the needs of family groups. Recently refurbished the luxury kitchen is well equipped and includes a dining area with ample seating for 12. French doors from the kitchen lead out to the large enclosed garden,facing south-west it is perfect for outdoor eating with BBQ and patio furniture provided.

Welcome pack essentials such as soap and toilet roll supplied. There is off street parking for up to three cars.

The house occupies a prime location just 600 yards from the beach in the pretty seaside town of Ballycastle within a short walk of restaurants shops and bars. There is a children's play park opposite the house and tennis courts a short stroll away. Ballycastle Golf Club is a superb 18 hole links course, our guests can benefit from 'with member' rates, a big saving on green fees.

Just 6 miles from the mainland lies Rathlin Island. Ferries leave regularly from Ballycastle Marina for the 20 minute crossing. A paradise for walkers, nature lovers and ornithologists, the island boasts internationally important flora and fauna and is home to puffins, seals, and the largest seabird colony in Northern Ireland.

Ballycastle is right at the heart of the Causeway Coast and Glens, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The world famous Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, the castles of Kinbane and Dunluce, Old Bushmills Distillery and three of the nine Glens are all within 10 miles. The town is mid-way along the Causeway Coastal Route which has been included in the world's top ten most spectacular drives making it the perfect base to explore the area.
