With a career spanning thirty years, Executive Chef Simon Toye puts his vast experience to brilliant use at the helm of Deanes Restaurants in Howard Street, Belfast the flagship premises of the Deanes Group.
Simon began in the kitchens of Belfast’s Europa Hotel before moving to London where he spent several years in some of the city’s top hotels. He returned home to head up Nick’s Warehouse and subsequently worked as Senior Head Chef for Botanic Inns and at Paul Rankin’s Belfast Bar and Grill. For a time he ran his own establishment, The Inn at Castle Dawson from 2005 to 2009, before taking up his post at Deanes .
