Dervaghroy House B&B is a beautiful country period residence set in tranquil landscaped gardens and conveniently close to many tourist attractions including the excellent Marshall Country Driving Trail. It is ideal for that cosy break, with a traditional Irish log fire and friendly owners who do their best to make your stay a memorable one. You can be assured of a friendly service and the warmest hospitality. Breakfast comprises of a varied menu to suit each individual taste, including fruit, yoghurts, cereal and of course the traditional and ever popular Ulster fry, served with home-made bread, honey, jam and marmalade. Guest TV lounge (in both cottage and house), toiletries supplies, electric blankets and angling advice available. Kennelling provided for pets. Collection from Omagh bus station can be arranged (subject to availability).

We are situated 6 miles from Omagh and 9 miles from the Ballygawely roundabout and when approaching from either direction you will see an XL Stop & Shop and Post Office with a telephone box outside. You will see a large brown sign for Dervaghroy House, we are just 500 metres off the main A5. Located 6 miles south of Omagh and 9 miles north of Ballygawley, 400 yards off the A5.
Turn off at signpost for 'Clogherny Presbyterian Church'- opposite Gortaclare Post Office and XL Shop.
