Draíocht Children’s Halloween Festival

Draíocht Children’s Arts Festival (which incorporates Halloween celebrations) is now in its twelfth year. Since its inception Draíocht has grown from strength to strength and has kept the arts alive and accessible for our younger generations. This project includes an array of innovative, artistic and stimulating events to nurture the innate creativity and imagination of young people.

Draíocht produces a diverse programme of events and activities open to the public whilst working with mainstream and Irish language schools as part of our schools programme. We work with a wide range of young people including those with disabilities, members of the travelling community and many other marginalised children and young people. This project is an excellent project for Belfast and attracts around 6000 participants each year.
