Drumawhey Minature Railway

Walking Route
This miniature railway travels 1.5 km through bridges, cuttings, embankments, gradients and a twin-track tunnel. Open (enough volunteers permitting), on the first and third Sundays of the month, between Easter and the end of September, public holidays Wednesday and Sundays in summer holidays.

Opening times:

Easter Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and then the first and third Sundays of the month until the end of September.
In July and August the railway is open every Sunday and Wednesday.
The railway is also open on Bank Holiday Monday 4th May, and 12 & 13 July
A Special Event is to be held on Saturday and Sunday 9 & 10 June.
The Anniversary Weekend is Saturday and Sunday 11 and 12 August.
Halloween : 28 October. Santa Trains: 2,9 and 16 December. 1st January
Normal running times will be 1pm. to 5pm. Santa Trains will be from 12noon to 4pm.

Prices:

Adult £2.50, child £2.00 per ride, £15.00 for family ticket giving
4 adult and 4 child rides. Santa trains including seeing Santa and a present are more expensive for the child. Cash only/ No credit/debit cards.
