The cottage is set in beautiful tranquil countryside, 3 miles from the historic walled city of Derry/Londonderry UK City of Culture 2013. Relax in a comfortable, well equipped 3 bedroom cottage on a working farm just minutes from Derry.
The cottage has a large spacious lounge with an open fire for cold winter nights (fuel provided). The fully fitted country kitchen is also equipped with an Aga Stove which can be used for cooking.
The bedrooms are warm, comfortable and tastefully decorated. 1 en suite bedroom, 1 double and 1 twin. Main bathroom has a walk in shower, all towels and bed linen will be provided. Welcome pack on arrival. The cottage is surrounded by a large garden, perfect for children and parents alike to relax and enjoy.
There are parking spaces for 2 cars.
Derry is located at the end of one of the most beautiful routes in Northern Ireland, The Antrim Coast Road, which takes in some of the best kept secrets in Northern Ireland; The Giant’s Causeway, Portstewart Strand, Castlerock and Benone Beach to name but a few. Londonderry/Derry comes from the Irish ‘Doire’ (a place of oaks). Derry is very much alive and kicking. It’s the winner of UK City of Culture 2013 and host to Ireland’s Fleadh Cheoil 2013.
