There is an enclosed garden and large patio at the back plus parking for 2 to 3 cars at front. The bungalow neighbours a similar property, 3 Dhu Varren Park South. which is also NITB approved; both are situated in a cul-de-sac meaning there is no through traffic, limiting noise and danger from passing cars. The house is a 5 min walk from West Strand (a long sandy beach with promenade leading to harbour and town centre) and a 1 minute walk to railway halt where train can be accessed to Portrush, University and Coleraine and then on to Londonderry or Belfast and Dublin.
Portrush centre is a leisurely 15 minute walk or a 5 min drive and offers many cafes, restaurants, shops and activities for children as well as another beautiful beach on the east of town. Portstewart and many other places of interest and beauty are within easy reach. The bungalow has been used by the owner as a holiday home for several years.
