Two double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom upstairs.  Master bedroom with king-size bed, ensuite & jaz bath on the ground floor. It's within easy reach of several towns and villages, inc. Balloo village. Comber town centre is an approx. 10 min. drive providing grocery stores, chemist, banks, restaurants.

Strangford Lough & Lecale (a designated area of outstanding natural beauty) is a short drive away. Other nearby attractions include Castle Espie (a Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust centre); Delamont Country Park; various recognised training centres, offering courses in sailing, cruising, power boating, windsurfing and kayaking. Also fishing - coarse, game & fly fishing are all available a short drive away. A water taxi service (www.strangford-sea-treks.com) is available to meet all individual needs inc. birdwatching, sightseeing etc. National Trust properties - Rowallane, Castle Ward and Mount Stewart House & Gardens are all within easy reach. Flying lessons or excursions can also be arranged at the Ulster Flying Club in nearby town of Newtownards. There are lots of good shopping centres nearby in Newtownards, Belfast, Bangor, or Lisburn. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay - plenty of family activities and an ideal base for young and old.
