Antrim Dragon Boat Race is an exciting new event in the fundraising calendar. It guarantees to test the stamina of the competitors taking part and also promises to be a fantastic day of fun and frolics for all the family!
Encouraged by the success of last year's event, the Organising Committee has decided to run a second Enniskillen 100 Revival event on 22nd June 2013.
Premier Armed Forces Event marking the centenary of the first ever "overseas" exercise involving air support and also the first ever formed formation flight over the Irish Sea.
This tour will depart from picturesque Donaghadee harbour and as you bid bon voyage to the Ards Peninsula, you will sail out to Copeland Island whilst hearing interesting stories about the many different travellers this piece of water has seen over the centuries. Once on shore at Copeland Island you can take a leisurely stroll to the other side of the island, watch the abundant bird and marine life or visit the small graveyard where many of the island’s former residents are laid to rest. On your return journey remember to keep an eye out for the shoals of dolphin which regularly visit the shores.
Tour departs from Donaghadee Harbour.
A special father and son/daughter camping and bushcraft event. A chance for dad's and their kids to spend an evening camping in the woods at Castle Espie, learning bushcraft skills. Starts at 7pm.
