Fish And Seafood Cookery Course

Learn how to fillet, prepare and cook seasonal fish and shellfish from lake and sea.

This is a hands-on course for fish lovers and includes vegetable accompaniments and sauces. There will also be tasting demonstrations prepared by the tutor throughout the course. Students work in pairs to prepare the fish. The day culminates in a wonderful lunch prepared by the students. The day may inlcude recipes for turbot, tuna, salmon, scallops, bream, eel and brill.
