Newtownards is 10 miles east of Belfast and 5 miles south of the coastal town Bangor. George Best Belfast City Airport is 8 miles away.
Travelling from Belfast, on the A20 dual carriageway, take the first exit at the Kempe Stones Road roundabout as you arrive in Newtownards. Remain in the left lane with the Shopping Centre on your right and turn left into Manse Road and after 200 metres left again into Brooklands Road. Number 8 is the 4th house on the left.
