Welcome to Glenview Country Cottage. This detached self-catering cottage is full of rustic charm and enjoys spectacular views of Glencloy and the Antrim coastline. The cottage has a double bedroom, fully fitted kitchen and living room area. It still retains many of its original features such as the vintage fireplace and rural half opening front door.
It really is an ideal place to relax for a break and enjoy the quaint and cosy surroundings. The villages of Carnlough and Glenarm are only 2 miles away and the cottage is perfectly situated for visitors who wish to explore the famous nine glens and Causeway Coast.
Situated in beautiful Glencloy, and just one mile from Carnlough and the Antrim Coast Road, Glenview as its name suggests, enjoys stunning views of the coast from its elevated position in this beautiful glen. Glenview offers superb accommodation and visitors can expect a friendly and comfortable stay in a relaxing environment. The present building was converted from a working farmhouse by your hosts Thomas and Philomena McKay. It maintains its authentic rustic charm and our very popular picnic and heritage area is an outdoor museum to the local farming history of Antrim. During the summer months guests can enjoy the rare breeds that are on show including the exotic alpacas, pygmy goats, bantam hens and pot bellied pigs.
