Have-a-Go Day at Crawfordsburn Country Park

01 August
Today is the turn of the NI Scout Association to showcase their national activity centre during Love Parks Week. Come and have a go at lots of new activities from abseiling to zip wires. The scout centre has an activity for most letters of the alphabet!

You know you have always wanted to have a go! Maybe the last time you gave it a try was when you were at school or on holiday... but here is another opportunity! Ever been caving? Mountain-boarding or doing archery? Crawfordsburn Country Park has teamed up with the scout centre to offer you the chance to try out something new.

There will be a cost for some of the activities and pre-booking is required.

Please remember to come appropriately dressed for the activities and the weather. The park can get very busy on event days so please be considerate to our neighbours and to other visitors. Alternative car parking is available at Fort Road, Helen's Bay. You can also come by bus and walk down from Crawfordsburn village through the Glen, or take the train to Helen's Bay and walk along the coastal path to Crawfordsburn Beach.

Opening times:

Prices:

Free admission but there will be a charge for some of the activities.
