Hazelwood Fishery

Hazelwood Fishery has two lakes, the first for rainbow trout is 1 acre, the second for coarse fishing is 0.9 of an acre. For game trout, fly and bait methods may be used, all methods can be used for coarse fishing. Refreshments, restrooms, bait and tackleare available on site. There is free tuition and beginners are welcome.

The fishery is open Friday - Sunday from 9.30 am to dusk, Monday - Thursday is for private bookings (£60 for up to 10 anglers). Trout will measure up to 10Ib and pike up to 23Ib, there is a negotiable bag limit of 3 fish. If you want to get away from the bank free boats are available but conditions apply.

A DCAL Angling Licence is required for persons aged 12 and over.
