'Highridge' Cottage is a detached property set on a hill overlooking the historic Cathedral City of Armagh with the city centre only one mile away. There are some good walks around the area which lead into the city or into the surrounding countryside. The cottage sits in its own private grounds away from the main road with private parking for a number of cars. There is plenty of room outside for children to play and there are well-maintained front and back lawns for relaxing outside.

The cottage consists of:

2 reception rooms, one has a piano and is a comfortable room to relax in during the evening, the other room has TV/DVD facilities for your entertainment with a good selection of DVDs to watch and books to read and provides a great view over the city. A large fitted kitchen provides a washing machine, tumble dryer and dining area with table and chairs for 6 people, it also contains an oven/hob and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has an extra-large bath with a shower over the bath. There is a good sized hall which leads into the master bedroom with double bed which sleeps 2. The second bedroom has a king size bed which sleeps 2 and the third bedroom is a single room. The house is heated with oil central heating for comfort. There is also a good selection of children’s games and books etc to play with.

The beautiful City of Armagh is surrounded by rolling countryside and is central for travel to all areas of N Ireland. The City is serviced by numerous amenities and has many historic monuments and buildings, a golf course, theatre, cinema, restaurants to suit all tastes, museums, a planetarium, observatory and much more besides.

Prices are on a weekly basis only at £350.00 per week throughout the year.
