Approach Portstewart from Coleraine ring road i.e. after Portrush Road roundabout turn right at t-junction, University Road. You will come to Coleraine Road roundabout, take 2nd exit signposted for beach, onto Burnside Road. Take 2nd right onto Royal Avenue. Number 6 is on your right hand side.
