Larchfield is ideal for that luxury break for families or golfers.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the area is peaceful, yet minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. Larchfield is child and pet friendly, with the rear fenced and gated for their safety. Located close to the North Antrim Coast with numerous beaches, Giant's Causeway, and the famous Bushmills Distillery all within easy reach. Larchfield is also within easy reach of Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Dunluce Castle and numerous Golf Courses including the famous Royal Portrush Course. Bushmills is home to Bushmills Distillery (a must visit!) and some excellent Restaurants, lively Cafes and coffee shops.

Larchfield is spacious and has everything you need for enjoyable long or short breaks. The facilities include: 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite with shower & WC), 1 twin-bedded room, 1 family bathroom with bath & shower and WC. Living room with two luxury settees and four armchairs, Freeview TV and DVD player, sound centre and a selection of DVDs and CDs, and an open fire complete with logs and peat. Downstairs WC. Luxury kitchen and utility room with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, ironing facilities and dining for six.

In the fenced & gated rear there is a patio with a gas BBQ and luxury dining furniture for six, and two sun loungers. Cots & high chairs are available free of charge. Small pets are very welcome, with an adjacent open area for those morning and evening strolls. Offroad parking.

Included in the cost is a Welcome Pack consisting of: cereals, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, bread, milk, eggs, sugar, butter, condiments, fresh ice and soaps in the bathrooms. There is also a selection of various herbs and spices, cooking oils, vinegars and tin foils etc in the kitchen.

Also included in the cost are house towels, bed linen, all utilities including complimentary WiFi, all energy costs, peat & logs, BBQ gas.
