The cottage is fully furnished and equipped to the Northern Ireland Tourist Board's three star classification.

A spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area open onto the balcony through French doors. Downstairs, the cottage offers spacious double and twin bedrooms, and an under the stairs double bed suitable for one or two further children. The cottage has a modern bathroom with bath, shower and electric shaving point.

The cottage was fully refurbished in 2012.
