Participants will be shown how to cook 3 dishes from a selection of Noel McMeel recipes. Each cookery session lasts 45 minutes and will involve a minimum of six and maximum of 12 young people. All cygnets will be provided with a cygnet’s chef’s jacket, hat and apron and the ingredients for the recipes.
