The Catalina Restaurant
This light and spacious room with vaulted ceilings and arched windows, provides diners with an elegant yet relaxed ambiance as well as spectacular panoramic views of the lake. The menu comprises a mix of classic and contemporary dishes with an emphasis upon fresh, seasonal and local produce, prepared by acclaimed Chef, Noel McMeel and his team.
The Catalina Restaurant is open for Dinner every night of the week from 6.30pm to 9.30pm and for 'Sunday Best' lunch on Sundays from 1.00pm to 2.30pm.

The Grazing Menu
In The Blaney Bar offers eclectic dining in smaller portions, where we recommend that guests select two dishes per person, followed by their choice of dessert and/or cheese. Our drinks list in the bar is based on specially selected wines by the bottle or by the glass, a wide selection of cocktails, beers and spirits and includes an exclusive Irish Whiskey Collection.
The Grazing menu is available every day between 12noon and 9.30pm.
The Loughside Bar & Grill
The Loughside Bar & Grill, offers an extensive choice of items from the Grill, featuring Dexter Beef, which originates from the South West Ireland and is a distinctive rare breed of sweet tasting beef. This offers Diners a unique dining experience to enjoy some of Ireland’s Best Beef.
Directly overlooking The Faldo Championship Course and Castle Hume Lough, the 70 Seat Bar & Grill includes a terrace so diners can take in the spectacular views while enjoying their meal. The Loughside Bar & Grill Menu composed by Acclaimed Chef, Noel McMeel, comprises an eclectic mix of time-honoured golfers fayre with an Irish twist, using the very best of local produce; dishes include the "Loughside Steak & Guinness Pie with Traditional Champ" and the signature dish, ‘Tongue ‘n Cheek’.
Golfers can enjoy a pre-game Breakfast; enjoy a casual lunch with friends or have a relaxed evening meal sampling some of the prime Dexter Grills on offer; The Loughside Bar & Grill suits everyone!
Summer 2011: 'Daylight Dining'
The summer has finally arrived, and Lough Erne Resort invites all its customers to The Loughside Bar & Grill to indulge in ‘Daylight Dining’, a new menu for the summer months.
Jonathan Stapleton, General Manager said: “We are delighted to offer an exciting new menu for July and August, available from 12 – 7pm daily in The Loughside Bar & Grill. It’s an idyllic setting overlooking Castle Hume Lough, and if we are fortunate enough to enjoy some great summer weather, then you can dine out on The Terrace.”
