Set in the small but busy village of Portaferry, the apartment enjoys a stunning location with panoramic views of the lough, facing almost due west directly across the water to the pretty village of Strangford. The apartment is on the top two floors of the building and consists of an open-plan living room including sitting, dining and kitchen areas - all enjoying the wonderful views. On the floor above, two double bedrooms and one bathroom. From the sitting area floor-to-ceiling glazed doors open onto a small balcony which is its self edged by glass panels so to make the most of the uninterrupted views of the water. The apartment is not suitable for visitors with mobility difficulties as there is no lift.
