The Space
This house is N I Tourist board certified self catering. A three storey modern townhouse third floor is a bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite with electric shower, second floor two bedrooms one with two single beds the other with a double bed second floor also has a large bathroom. Downstairs is a large sitting room with dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Dishwasher and washing machine. Heating, electricity linen and towels are included.

Guest Access
There is private parking to the rear of the premises.

Interaction with Guests
We will not be around unless required during their stay. We are easily contactable by phone and happy to deal with problems or any queries however small. Access is via a coded key fob at the premises.

The Neighbourhood
The house is in a great location within a short stroll of the seafront, restaurants, shops and bars. For those who like an active break there are tennis courts including some of the last remaining grass courts left in the UK and Ballycastle's superb 18 hole Golf links. It is a great area for walking and cycling and there are boat trips and watersports on offer at the marina.
Just 6 miles from the mainland lies Rathlin Island. Ferries leave regularly from Ballycastle Marina for the 20 minute crossing. A paradise for walkers, nature lovers and ornithologists, the island boasts internationally important flora and fauna and is home to puffins, seals, and the largest seabird colony in Northern Ireland.
Ballycastle is right at the heart of the Causeway Coast and Glens, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The world famous Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, the castles of Kinbane and Dunluce, Bushmills Distillery and three of the nine Glens are all within 10 miles. The town is mid-way along the Causeway Coastal Route which has been included in the world's top ten most spectacular drives making it the perfect base to explore the area. Some of our previously hidden gems have been made famous as locations for the filming of Game of Thrones http://www.discovernorthernireland.com/gameofthrones/. Also within a short twenty minute drive is Portrush host of the 2015 golf Open Golf tournament.

Getting around
A car is recommended to get the most out of exploring the area but there is a bus stop close to the house and all amenities are within walking distance.

Other Things to Note
In high season - July and August our bookings run from Saturday to Saturday and the minimum booking is for 7 nights. Out of high season we can be flexible on the arrival day and length of stay. Discounts are offered on all bookings of more than 2 nights. The weekly price varies from £250 in low season to £450 in high season.
