Maryville House is a fine example of a Victorian Gentleman's residence situated on the cosmopolitan Lisburn Road in South Belfast. Renovated and opened in 2010, it is the only boutique Bed & Breakfast in Belfast.

Maryville House offers modern facilities in a traditional period setting with a convenient location. Our unique in-house tearoom offers a delicious range of breakfast, light lunches and homebaked fayre with speciality teas and coffees.

There is easy access to the motorways, airports and the central bus and train stations. The Malone and Belvoir Golf clubs are nearby, as is the Kings Hall. It is located in its own private grounds with secure carparking.
