Medium Trails

Medium cycle routes offer the perfect day ride, ranging from 11-60 miles they provide a great way to explore some of the most rural and picturesque areas of Northern Ireland. Take on the hills in the Mournes or the Sperrins or enjoy the sea air along the North Coast or Strangford Lough.

Northern Ireland has lots to offer both the experienced and novice cyclist. Good quality accommodation to suit every pocket is plentiful, and routes outlined on the website are always within reach of a good bed for the night and a hearty breakfast in the morning.
